Исторические аспекты развития аграрных отношений в Узбекистане

Аннотация

Subject of research: The condition of branches of agrarian sectors of the economy in Uzbekistan within 1917-2010. Purpose of work: The revealing of regularities in the development of agrarian relations in Uzbekistan, the developing of scientific offers and practical recommendations aimed at the rising of effectiveness of agriculture in future. Methods of research: Dialectical, historical, retrospective, systematic and comparative analysis, abstract-logical thinking, dynamic rows, monographic observations, index-ranging and etc. The results obtained and their novelty: The methodological approaches of defining of functions of agrarian sectors are systematized; the historical stages of developing of agrarian relations arc defined; on the base of given criteria the features of developing of agrarian sectors of the Republic, enclosing in evolutionary combinations, historical, transformational, geographical, climatic, organizational-economic, structural and institutional factors, the offers of using of historical experience of agricultural cooperation in modem conditions; the situation of adaptation of agricultural goods producers to the market is proved to be effective only in provision of becoming of state and market management is the decision of priority problems in the agrarian policy of the republic. Practical value: The results of research can be used in working-out of target programs with the account of modem peculiarities and directions implementing agrarian reforms and as well as giving lectures on such disciplines as “Theory of economics”, “National economics”, “Regional economics”, “Agriculture economics” in higher educational establishments. Degree of embed and economical affectivity: Scientific proposals and practical recommendations arc accepted to the practical activity of the Ministry of agriculture and Irrigation of the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as the teaching activity of the National University of Uzbekistan.
