Аннотация

Subject of research: 103 of newborn babies with birth trauma of the cervical part of the spine and 30 healthy newborns. Purpose of work: to study clinical and neurological features of nerve-psychological development of children w ho had birth trauma of the cervical part of the spine and to devise the tactic of treatment. Methods of research: clinical and neurological, magnet-resonance tomography, spondilography, ultrasound doplerography, neurosonography, algometric scale, scales of Dauns, Shahnovich, PJchanov, L.TJurba . The results obtained and their novelty: It was observed clinical, clinical and neurological features and the modern approaches of the diagnostic of birth trauma of the cervical part of the spine. Also it was devised the diagnostic table of the management of children with birth trauma of the cervical part of the spine. It was studied the pathomorphoiogical manifestation of the cervical part of spinal cord in newborns who died at the first week after delivery with diagnostic asphyxia. Practical value: the results of the investigation have the important significance in order to make a diagnosis of BTCPS. The analyses of the results of tomographic, X-ray, doplerographic and neurosonographic methods of investigation in dynamic can allow us to evaluate the degree of heaviness, prognosis of the disease, to optimize therapy in proper time. The devised complex method of therapy can reduce the frequency of disability, the degree of inculcation and economical effects. Degree of embed and economical effectivity: the results of investigation was inculcated in the treatment and diagnostic work of the department of children’s neurology of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, in the department of neonatology and neurology of Samarkand State Medical Institute.
