Распространенность остеопоротических переломов грудо-поясничного отдела позвоночника и их лечение

Аннотация

Subjects of research: 655 persons of three regions of Republic and 65 patients who took place hospitalization in clinic of scientific research institute of traumatology and orthopedy Republic of Uzbekistan. Purpose of work: prevalence studying of osteoporotic fractures of spine’s thoraco-lumbar department, increase of efficiency of their treatment. Methods of research: clinical and orthopedic research, roentgenography of spine’s thoraco-lumbar department, roentgenmorphometry, ultrasound densitometry. The results obtained and their novelty: The greatest prevalence of fractures of spine’s thoraco-lumbar department is fixed in Sariasiyo area of the Surkhandarya region on the average 15,3 %, Uchkurgan area of the Namangan region has averaged 14,1 %, Srcdncchirchik area of the Tashkent region of 13,7 %. The complex orthopedic treatment developed by us with application of ostcotrop preparations is an effective method in treatment of an osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures of spinal column. Practical value: conducted researches on prevalence of osteoporotic fractures of spine’s thoraco-lumbar department will allow to develop large-scale actions for preventive maintenance and treatment of an osteoporosis of a spinal column. The developed complex of orthopedic treatment with application of osteotrop preparations has allowed to improve results of treatment and to reduce risk of fractures. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results of the work arc introduced in practice of the clinic of Research Institute of traumatology and orthopedy and regional traumatologic departments. Field of application: traumatology and orthopedy, gerontology, endocrinology, gynecology.
