Аннотация

Subjects of research: the raw of cotton, separator of model SXM. Purpose of work: development of attachments, which ensures preservation of natural properties of fibre and seed at primary processing of cotton. Methods of research: dissertational job consists of theoretical and experimental researches. The executed theoretical researches arc carried out at wide use of laws of the theoretical mechanics and modem information technologies. The experimental researches arc carried out in laboratory and industrial conditions with application of measuring devices and with the help of methods of mathematical planning of experiments. The results obtained and their novelty: the results of researches and developed separator of model SXM arc introduced in joint-stock companies "Kogon oltin tola", "Shofirkon pakhta tozalash" and "G'ijduvon pakhta tozalash" at regional joint-stock company "Bukhoropakhtasanoat". As a result of carried out theoretical and experimental researches is established: - On the basis of scientific study of mutual situation of mesh surface and raw of cotton, determined warning border of fibre break; - Scientifically proved quantity of directing for steady distribution of flow of cotton on vacuum - valve length, it should be in frame of 2 - 7; - Justified, that the area of 100% steady distribution of cotton parts depends on geometrical parameters of site, where arc located directing of cotton and speed of cotton in pipe. Practical value: implemented new advanced separator SXM on cotton cleaner factories, which allows to reduce mechanical damage of seed and quantity of fibre taking place with air, dug of fibre at primary processing of cotton. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the annual economic benefit of implementation of one separator SXM in manufacture in Kagan region at joint-stock company "Oltin tola" made up 5,4 million sum. Field of application: the enterprises of cotton-cleaning industry.
