Повышение качества образования путем разработки механизмов социального управления в вузах

Аннотация

Subjects of research: processes directed on improving of effectiveness of social management mechanisms in institutes of higher education and education quality by sociological researches. Purpose of work: research of scientific foundations of development and introduction of social management mechanisms in improving of education quality. Methods of research: theoretic-methodological, historic-comparative analysis, sociological survey, induction, deduction, mathematical modeling, also nonparametric, multiple-factor, correlation, regression and dispersive methods of mathematical statistics. The results obtained and their novelty: social management mechanisms in institutes of higher education on studying of social status and various kinds of lecturers’ and students’ activity are developed by means of sociological and mathematical methods, also theoretical and practical foundations of creation of sociological monitoring of educational process are worked out on the basis of longterm sociological research results. Practical value: foundations of creation of social management mechanisms in institutes of higher education are developed on the basis of concrete sociological researches by studying of students’ and lecturers’ opinions, also the concrete recommendations directed on improving of education quality by means of improvement of social management are developed. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: research results have been accepted to the activity of «Sociology» department of the National University of Uzbekistan, «Sociology and culturology» department of the Bukhara State University and «Ijtimoiy fikr» Center of public opinion survey. Implementation of complex of recommendations on improvement of social management promotes improving of quality of education level in institutes of higher education. Field of application: research results can be used in improvement of social management in institutes of higher education, in perfection of teaching and educational work of institutes of higher education at lecturing on courses «Sociology of education», «Social policy», «Social management», «Modeling of social processes».
