СТАНДАРТИЗАЦИЯ НОВОГО РАСТИТЕЛЬНОГО СБОРА «ДИАСИЛ» И ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫХ СРЕДСТВ НА ЕГО ОСНОВЕ

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: new herbal species of "Diasil" and medical products on its basis (a dry extract and capsules). Aim of the inquiry: theoretical and experimental substantiation of system of standardization of new multicomponent herbal species of "Diasil" and medical products on its basis. Methods of inquiry: morphologo-anatomic study of the developed herbal species, chromatography ( PC, TLC, HPLC, IC, IC/MS), mass-spectrometry with inductively connected plasma, an atom-absorbing method, UV-, IR- spectroscopy, chemical and scientific methods for commodities analysis. The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time the chemical compound of new herbal species of "Diasil" is studied. The specific biological activity of this medical product, chemical nature and quantitative amount of the basic groups of the biologically active substances were also determined. Researches on standardization of offered species and the medical products developed on its basis (a dry extract and capsules) are conducted. On the basis of the received data reliable characteristics of authenticity and the indicators of quality necessary for working out of corresponding standard documentation are established. Some practical questions connected with definition of optimum periods of storage of specified medical products and prospects of their use are solved also. Practical value: as a result of the spent researches in public health services practice new innovative medicinal vegetative means for treatment of a double pathology of a tuberculosis of lungs with a diabetes II types - herbal species of "Diasil" and the capsules developed on the basis of its dry extract are recommended. Scientifically well-founded system of their standardization providing unification of indicators, norms and methods of an estimation of quality is offered among: raw materials (species) - a substance - the ready medicinal form. Degree of embed and economical effectivity: on the basis of the received data together with JV «Remedy Group Co. Ltd» on species of "Diasil" and medical products on its basis, presented to the Head Department of drug and medical equipment quality control under the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan projects of Pharmacopoeial articles of the enterprise are developed for reception of the permission to their use in medical practice. Laboratory regulations of manufacture of species of "Diasil" and capsules on the basis of its dry extract are developed and successfully approved under production conditions. It is shown that the developed projects of standard documents allow to supervise quality of let out production (the certificate of introduction from 30.01.2011). The consent of JV «Remedy Group Co. Ltd» on manufacture of species of "Diasil" and medical products on its basis is received. Results of research are introduced in educational process on the Tashkent pharmaceutical institute.
