Совершенствование торговых систем ценных бумаг в Узбекистане

Аннотация

Subjects of research: Activity of trade systems of securities of Uzbekistan. Purpose of work: to work out the scientific suggestions and practical recommendations directed on improving of trade system of securities (TSS) of Uzbekistan. Methods of research: system analyzing, observation, grouping, comparative analyses, correlation-regression analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: discovered economic meaning of TSS on the basis of modern tools; investigated tendentious of development and problems of stock exchange, their correlation connection, on the basis which justification of forming of the architecture the entire TSS; determined and systemized factors of defining of development of TSS of the country; has given objective valuation role of national TSS development of regional and field economy; has given entire structure of TSS of Uzbekistan, worked out scientific suggestions and practical recommendations on improving of the process of listing and quotation, on inoculation of indexes of new types in the practice of exchanges. Practical value: given scientific suggestions and practical recommendations may be used on work out of objective programs, measurements on improving of activity mechanism and infrastructure of trade system of securities. The materials of dissertation may be used on improving and education of educational programs as «Financial market and securities», «Stock exchanging» in higher educational institutions. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: scientific suggestions and practical recommendations which worked out in the process of investigation, accepted to use of practical activity of the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Uzbekistan, Centre on coordination and controlling on functioning of securities market, republican Stock Exchange «Tashkent», Centre for secondary specialized vocational education on the Ministry of Higher and specialized education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent financial institute.
