Subjects of the inquiry: As objects of researches the varieties of upland cotton Namangan-77 and C-6540 have been used. Aim of the inquiry: Creation effective techniques of reproduction of seeds of elite on the new and zoned varieties of a cotton adequating on morphological traits and quality of a fiber to the international requirements UPOV. Method inquiry: Uniformity of varieties of a cotton was defined by a method of approbation of seed crops, and mathematical data processing was spent by B.A.Dospchovas technique 1985. The results achieved and their novelty: For the first time the new technique on the basis of studying individual plants and samples has been developed. The essence of this method consists in studying samples in nursery of individual plants and on the contrary - individual plants from nursery of samples. Thus dominant genes supervising morphological traits attributes arc kept. After two-multiple clearing these two nurseries quantitative and qualitative traits with purity more than 99 % arc kept. Practical value: This new method seeds of elite receive within 2 years and manufacture of elite is reduced to 1 year terms. Thus authors of varieties can directly participate in rejection of a seed material. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Research were spent under the order of the Ministry of agriculture and a water management of Republic Uzbekistan and the new technique is accepted by Ministry for testing. At use of a new technique each elite facilities saves 5650 thousand sums annually. Sphere of usage: the breeding -seed-growing organizations, scientifically research institutes, elite farms and also high schools of an agricultural structure.
