Уретерогидронефроз у детей

Аннотация

During the period from 1993 to 2005 based Regional Children’s Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital in the department of pediatric surgery in the examination and treatment were 83 children with urctcrohydroncphrosis. The clinical picture urctcrohydroncphrosis depends largely on the severity of the inflammatory process in the renal parenchyma and urinary tract. Of the 83 children 68 were conducted surgery. Preference was given to resection of the ureteral orifice followed by reimplantation of the ureter into the bladder with antireflux protection follow-up examined 45 children in a period of 3 months up to 3 years. In 36 patients had a good result urctcrohydroncphrosis only with operative trcatmcnt.Surgcry is considered to be the choice of resection of the ureteral orifice followed by reimplantation of the ureter into the bladder with antireflux protection and mandator)' considering the functional safety of the kidneys and the degree of preservation of the dynamic activity of the ureter.
