Аннотация

In the article recognizing the importance of Ivanissevich's operation in varicocele repair, has been shown the rule of modem surgical and microsurgical techniques. Among the recent correction of micro vascular successfully performed in 72 patients by imposing reverse testicle-saphenous anastomosis. In 69 patients had been reached decompression of the proximal part of the testicular vein in 3 cases - both in the distal and proximal portions. In 18 patients relapsed after Ivanissevich's operation was also eliminated by performing this operation. In 17 patients with primary and secondary forms of infertility recovery of reproductive function after imposition of the testicle-saphenous venous anastomosis has been observed.
