Аннотация

Subjects of research: the juridical relation between the state and its citizens connected with fulfillment of the Law about “The State Language” of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Purpose of work: to analyze the juridical issues of the state language based on existed materials, the practice of regulating interlingua relation based on law, its role and significance, the degree of its implementation. Methods of research: comparative-juridical, historical-juridical, technical-juridical, system-structural, lingua-juridical, functional, statistical and etc. The results obtained and their novelty: The constitutional-juridical issues connected with the absolute functioning of the Uzbek language as the state language of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Several recommendations, theoretical conclusions and projects have been worked out for the improvement of functioning legality relating to the sphere of determination of the state language policy of Uzbekistan. Practical value: the improvement of the investigation of the juridical status of the state language and law creativeness issues, creating educational programs, textbooks and special courses on the following subjects: “Constitutional Law”, “Administrative Law”, “Uzbek language”, “Speech culture of lawyer”, “Speech culture of teacher”, “Basis of terminology and office work”. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of the scientific research work are applied on the process of teaching “Constitutional Law”, “Speech culture of a lawyer”, “Speech culture of teacher”, “Basis of terminology and office work”. They are giving their effects on creating modern textbooks and special courses. Field of application: Laws, law-creativeness, special courses on juridical science.
