Оценка эффективности клексана в комплексном лечении больных нейросенсорной тугоухостью сосудистого генеза

Аннотация

Subject of the inquiry: 78 patients with chronic sensouncural deafness on background of hypertension and complicated with discirculatory encephalopathy and 20 healthy persons. Aim of inquiry: to assess the effectiveness of klcxan in complex therapy of the patients with sensoncural deafness of vessel genesis Methods of inquiry: clinic- laboratory, functional and biochemical Achieved results and their novelty: For the first time there was performed purposeful investigation of the 78 patients with chronic sensoncural deafness the background of the discirculatory encephalopathy of first and second stages. There was revealed the correlation between the level of hearing disorder disturbances of cerebral hcmodinamics and duration of vessel pathology. For the first time there was based the expediency on the fact of including of low- molecular anticoagulant klcxan in the complex therapy of deafness. Practical value: There was proved the importance of investigation of the hemostasis system, rcohology and lipid system according to the biochemical data with the purpose of determination of disbalanses in microcirculation system with the follow adequate its correction at the patients with sensoncural deafness of the vessel genesis. There was determinated the necessity of using the duplex scanning of the extracranial vessels for assessment of cerebral hcmodinamics. There was proved that using of klcxan in complex therapy improved hearing function and prevent the progressive hearing decreasing. Introduction degree and economic efficiency: The results of investigation were introduced in medical practice of First and Second clinics of Tashkent Medical Academy and ENT department of Andijan State Medical Institute.
