Аннотация

Subjects of the research: breeding cocoons, technology and means, technological properties of cocoons, raw silk. Purpose of work: Working out of the advanced mechanised technology and corresponding developed the sorter of cocoons the complex, allowing with high accuracy and productivity to allocate from breeding cocoons their most qualitative fraction for the further reception of cocoons and raw silk meeting the requirements of the international standard. Methods of research: a method of mathematical statistics, an analytical method, methods of theoretical mechanics and computer processing. The basic theoretical preconditions were exposed to experimental check on experimental samples the sorter of cocoons devices. Quality check of cocoons and their technological properties, and also quality of raw silk were carried out by techniques UzCRI Sericulture and the certified centre «CENTEX UZ» The results obtained and their novelty. For the first time the method of mathematical statistics defines technological parameters of breeding cocoons, such as: scope of caliber of average fraction of cocoons and norm its share; divisibility of cocoons on normal and defective components on caliber and weight and degree of their influence on quality indicators of selected cocoons. It is developed at invention level (the Patent № IAP 02756) a design the sorter of cocoons a complex and analytical dependences for definition of its basic technological and technical parameters arc received. Dependence of quality of cocoons selected on a tribe and productivity of selection on a method of their sorting is experimentally established. Possibility of increase in a share homogeneous for calibers and weight of cocoons for the purpose of reception of qualitative raw silk is proved. The mechanized technology of selection of cocoons to the basic qualitative signs (patent application IAP 20100773) is developed. Practical value: the advanced mechanized technology provides with high efficiency and accuracy to select from party of breeding cocoons its better fraction for manufacture qualitative industrial eggs, meeting the requirements of the domestic and foreign market. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: developed the sorter of cocoons the complex is introduced on four eggs factories and cocoons unreeling factories the Republic enterprises where annual economic efficiency 33 million is received sum. Field of application: silkworm and cocoons unreeling factories.
