Метаболическая терапия при остеоартрозе

Аннотация

Objects of inquiry: One hundred and three patients with gonarthrosis. Aim of inquiry was: to study an efficacy of preparation Solcoseril in complex therapy of gonarthrosis’ patients. Methods of inquiry: clinical studies, estimation of pain syndrome under tests of Leken, WOMAC, Likert and functional dynamic tests, determination of a level of anti-inflammatory cytokins in blood scrum, body mass index, arthrosonog-raphy. Results achieved and their novelty: For the first time a role of antiinflammatory cytokins in development, course and progression of gonarthrosis was studied. Clinico-functional and arthrosonography efficacy of using of Solcoseril in complex therapy of gonarthrosis was also substantiated. Practical value: Arthrosonography performed in gonarthrosis’ patients, determination of IL-ip and TNF-a cytokins contributed to diagnosis and determination an efficacy of the therapy carried out. Application of Solcoseril in complex therapy perfected quality of life of patients. An implementation degree and its economic efficacy: results of investigations were implemented into activity of the Republican Arthrology Center, Specialized Qualified Ambulance Treatment, departments of Rheumatology, Cardi-orhcumatology, the 1st clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, training process on department of Faculty & Hospital Therapy, Oriental Medicine and Internal Diseases of the medico-preventive faculty.
