The specific activity of the drug Biomayrin against tuberculosis was studied in comparison with the drug Mayrin. It was found that the Biomayrin drug exhibits the same activity against the Humanis strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, despite the fact that the amount of active substances is two times less. Pharmacokinetic studies revealed that when the drug Biomayrin is administered to the body, the therapeutic concentration of isoniazid in the blood is four times longer, the concentration of ethambutol is three times, and the concentration of rifampicin is twice as long, and thus has a prolonged effect.
