In our study of patients identified the following options for the clinical manifestations of giardiasis contact allocated latent, subclinical and clinical form of giardiasis. When latent children had no complaints cyst secretion fluctuated an average of 0.6 cysts in sight. When subclinical and clinical form observed: ab-dominal pain, intestinal syndrome and gastric dyspepsia. Cyst secretion with subclinical form of cysts was 1.5 in the field of view. In giardiasis clinical form of the clinical picture was most pronounced, cyst secretion averaged 2.5 cysts in sight. Separating the latent, subclinical and clinical form of giardiasis assigned appro-priate diet and drug therapy anti giardiasis.
