In order to assess the nature and degree of functional disorders of the circulatory system in pregnant women with preeclampsia and obesity in 3rd trimester of pregnancy at 36-38 weeks of gestation were stud-ied 107 women, of whom 73 patients with overweight and obesity during pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia. Comprehensively surveyed patients presented by 3 groups. The 1st group included 48 women with light degree of preeclampsia, the 2nd - 25 patients with severe preeclampsia. 3rd (control) group con-sisted of 34 healthy women of the same gestational age, whose pregnancy considered uncomplicated. Is traced a definite correlation between the degree of obesity and the severity of preeclampsia. It should be not-ed that patients with obesity during pregnancy, which was complicated by of preeclampsia light degree dom-inated hypokinetic circulation mode (70.8%) and in women with severe of preeclampsia, this type of circula-tion occurred in 100% of cases. Hypokinetic type of blood circulation matched hypertensive-hypodynamic dissociation and was characterized by a sharp decline in minute performance of the heart (CI - less than 2.5 liter / (min × m2)), high systemic vascular resistance (over 1500-2000 dynes × sec × cm-5) against the back-ground of arterial hypertension (ADP over 100-110 mm Hg over). Thus, in patients with overweight or obe-sity and preeclampsia at 36-38 weeks of gestation there are certain functional disorders of the basic life-support systems.
