Аннотация

In article the geography of distribution of dysplasia of hip joint and congenital dislocation of hip on the Samarkand area is described. At orthopedic survey of 7500 newborns and children, at 340 from them the hip joint dysplasia is defined, among them at 85 patients congenital dislocation of hip is revealed. At research are used methods: clinical, radiological (ultrasonography, X-ray). At early identification and initiation of treatment directly in maternity hospital, in 97-100% of cases it is possible to receive good and excellent results, as is prevention of complications of pathologies. Authors offer early identification and early treatment of pathology.
