Аннотация

Sonographic indicators were evaluated: the presence of liquid in peritoneal cavity and its localization, the presence of the peristaltic of intestines, the diameter and the thickness of intestines, gathering of the liq-uid and gases between the gaps of intestines and controlling the movement of the humus though intestines. While comparing of prioperational evidences of USS with the results of intraoperational revision of perito-neal cavity in 91,2% of echographical evidences were similar to an intraoperational. USS in post operational period allows to recognize not only pros of a clinic evidence but also allows to identify post-operational in-nerperitoneal complications (such as abcsesses of peritoneal cavity, complications in commissury)
