Previously, there were only rare notes about cybercrimes, but in a short time cybercrime has spread in such a way that it not only poses a threat to individual states, but has also become a global problem of the world. In short, cybercrime has become a problem of the 21st century. The most common crimes in cyberspace have become embezzlement committed by deception. Such as; payment fraud; fraud with prepayment-, skimming; phishing; fraud in electronic commerce. The modernization of computer technology, the rapid development of information technology generates a significant change in crimes in the field of computer information, as a result, such types of criminals as frackers, carders, phishers began to appear, and, of course, the problems of countering such theft are facing the world community, which assesses the current situation, recognizing the obligation to take international measures.
