FULFILLMENT OF INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RIGHTS: EXPERIENCE OF THE NEW UZBEKISTAN

The article discusses the progress achieved in the field of human rights in New Uzbekistan, in particular state policy in the field of protection of human rights and freedoms, mechanisms for ensuring the protection of human rights and freedoms in the country. The author analyzed cooperation with international and regional human rights structures, as well as national institutions of foreign countries in the field of human rights protection. Along with this, the article identifies a number of problems in the interaction of national human rights institutions with government bodies and other non-governmental non-profit organizations in the field of human rights. Recommendations have been developed to eliminate these shortcomings.
