The article presents the results of production tests of common brucellosis antigens for RA and CSC made from Brucella strains of various species and virulence and manufactured by various methods. Antigens from domestic strains produced using the technology used in the United States are not inferior in their activity and specificity to the control antigen and antigens prepared according to the Russian method, and in some cases surpass them in sensitivity in CSCs. In this case, the activity and specificity of the antigen does not change, and the consumption of the finished drug is halved.
