Аннотация

Objective: to study genealogical aspects of acute obstructive bronchitis in children. Genealogical method was examined 210 children (probands) who were on inpatient treatment. The main group consisted of 160 children with acute obstructive bronchitis, and the control group consisted of 50 patients with acute bronchitis without bronchial obstructive syndrome. To calculate the index of burden, the Falconer model was used: in the main group, the index was 30%, and in the control group 1.2%. Segregation analysis by the method of M. Weinberg showed that the type of inheritance of acute obstructive bronchitis occurs in an autosomal dominant type.
