Research objective is to define an optimum surgical way of treatment of sharp intestinal impassability and prevention of an adhesive illness. 76 patients with sharp adhesive intestinal impassability are examined. Patients are divided into two groups. The first group of patients operated with a traditional way of surgical treatment and prevention of an adhesive illness. The second group of patients is operated and made prevention of an adhesive illness by special mix which part mcsogcl is. All patients arc operated according to indications; adgeziolizis it is made 63% by the patient, the resection of intestines of 20%, is formed an ilcostoma at 17%, two patients have cyunostoma. In the second group of patients twice more rare postoperative complications, than in the first group of patients were noted.
