This article explores the observation of the clinical results of the 54 patients treated with thoraco- abdominal surgery and urology departments on the basis of the Samarkand city medical Association in 2011-2016. Of these, 46 patients produced lumbotomies, 2 myofascial and 6 patients in laparoscopic operations. All patients were divided into two groups. The main group of patients with hernioplasty and tummy tuck, patients in the control group produced hernia repair with local tissues. And the group's attention to the comparison of the results of operations for the following parameters: various postoperative complications are rare, the reduction of recurrence in patients with postoperative rehabilitation
