Течение сахарного диабета на помповой инсулинотерапии у детей

Аннотация

The assessment of current of diabetes mcllitus at the 8th child on pompovy insulin therapy by obtaining information from the out-patient card of patients, and also by carrying out poll of patients with diabetes mellitus of children and their parents is carried out. Research has shown that after establishment of insulin pomp the level of glycated hemoglobin in the studied group has decreased that proves efficiency of pompovy insulin therapy. Poll of children and their parents with use of the made questionnaire for patients with diabetes mellitus has revealed improvement of quality of life of patients after establishment of insulin pomp. Children began to feel better, there were more opportunities to be engaged in physical activity, to visit additional circles and more time to find for study.
