Трофические язвы при спинальной патологии у детей

Аннотация

The purpose of the work is to determine the frequencies, flow characteristics, aspects of treatment and prevention of trophic ulcers in children with spinal pathology. The development of a trophic ulcer was observed in 22 (25.3%) of 87 patients with various trophic disorders (symmetrical, asymmetrical limb atrophy, deformities in the joints of the lower limbs, disproportion of various parts of the body) among 252 children with spinal hernias (SH) 2016 years. Trophic ulcers arose in severe forms of SH and its combinations with other spinal cord anomalies, including in primary and secondary tetring syndrome. The article presents the clinical course, tactics and results of treatment.
