Аннотация

The most common causes of metroplasty are a two-horned uterus and the presence of a septum in its cavity. Among all women, such congenital pathologies occur in 2-3%, and among women with repeated miscarriages — in about 15% and with infertility—in 14%. Cesarean section after metroplasty with abnormalities of uterine development is the most acceptable method of delivery, due to the presence of many complications of the course of labor.
