Аннотация

This study is based on the results of a comprehensive clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination of 270 children aged 3 to 18 years with chronic viral hepatitis. Clinical manifestations of CVH were represent-ed by the following syndromes: asthenovegetative, dyspeptic, cytolytic, hemorrhagic, cholestatic. The frequency and severity of all clinical syndromes increased as the activity of CVH increased, but did not depend on the etiology of the disease. In this regard, the analysis of the results of clinical and biochemical studies is given by the degree of activity of the pathological process in the liver. Each of the studied methods of ultrasound has a definite role and place in the refined diagnosis of chronic hereditary hypertension in children. The highly in-formative technologies of echographic diagnostics studied by us are recommended for wider implementation in various parts of health care. For this purpose, a program for the phased use of a set of ultrasound hepatology technologies in pediatric practice is proposed.
