Некоторые дискуссионные вопросы в лечении больных с острой непроходимостью тонкой кишки

The article draws attention to the urgency and complexity of treatment of patients with acute obstruction of the small intestine. The results present morpho functional changes in the wall of the small intestine with experimental acute mechanical obstruction. Significant changes in the structural organization of the small intestine at different levels of organization of this organ have been revealed. As a result of the analysis of the obtained data, in 221 operated patients and a retrospective study of 32 medical cards of a stationary patient was indicated the role and place of decompression of the small intestine in the treatment of patients with acute obstruction of the small intestine. An algorithm for choosing different methods of intubation of the small intestine is proposed. A complex of correction of motor-evacuator disorders of the small intestine after surgery has been developed, taking into account the degree of bowel damage and the patients functional state in each specific case. This approach allows to reduce the frequency of common complications after surgery and shortens the stay of patients in the hospital.
