Аннотация
In a flipped classroom, monitoring and assessment of learning takes on new forms. Studying material at home allows teachers to identify gaps in students’ knowledge before the in-person lesson, and there is more time in the classroom for practical tasks and individual work with students. Assessment can include both online tests and assignments before the lesson, and various forms of interaction and assessment in the classroom, including joint problem solving, discussions, and projects. Key words: flipped classroom, methods, motivation, video lecture, survey. One of the main advantages of the Flipped Classroom method is the development of independent work skills, effective time management and knowledge consolidation in students. In traditional education, students mainly receive information from the teacher, while in a flipped classroom, students learn the material themselves, and during the lesson, they work on learning this material and practicing practical skills. This process teaches students to control their own learning processes, set goals and analyze their own activities. The following factors play an important role in developing independent work skills in students: The Flipped Classroom method allows students to independently manage their time. Students study course materials at a time convenient for them, periodically evaluating their learning process. This, in turn, develops effective time management and work planning skills. Students learn to allocate the necessary time to consolidate their knowledge and, during the learning process, have the opportunity to analyze and evaluate their own activities, and not just learn information. The Flipped Classroom method allows students allows students to study independently before class. This method creates an opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. They can watch videos or reading materials and review areas they do not understand. Students’ ability to self-manage is demonstrated especially in their processing of their own knowledge, solving questions and problems, and consolidating their knowledge with the teacher’s support in the classroom. It is important to create opportunities for students to self-reflect and evaluate their own knowledge as they learn. In the Flipped Classroom methodology, students monitor their own performance and identify their strengths and weaknesses. 136 ACADEMIC RESEARCH IN MODERN SCIENCE International scientific-online conference This requires self-reflection and a willingness to change. Students develop the ability to work on their own performance and self-assess their own learning, which helps them make their future learning processes more effective. Motivation and goal setting are important in developing students’ self- management skills in Flipped Classroom. When students are given the task of studying materials before class, they set short-term and long-term goals for themselves. These goals help the student direct their activity towards the goal. Students determine the direction in which they need to work to achieve a goal and plan the necessary steps to achieve each goal. Reflection helps students gain a deeper understanding of their own learning processes. In the Flipped Classroom methodology, students constantly reflect on their activities and learning processes. They analyze how they feel in class, what they have learned, and how they can learn better. This process encourages students to improve themselves, learn from their mistakes, and grow. The Flipped Classroom methodology is an effective tool for developing self-management skills in students. This methodology allows students to work independently, manage their time, process information, and evaluate their own knowledge. It also increases student motivation and helps them achieve their goals. All this contributes to the development of independent and effective learning skills in students. The Flipped Classroom methodology offers a new approach to the educational process and changes the way students learn. This methodology allows students to independently master their knowledge, while encouraging them to be more active and creative in the learning process. Flipped Classroom makes a significant contribution to the development of student self-management skills in the educational process, as students are actively involved in managing their time, analyzing the material and assessing their own knowledge. The methodology serves as an effective tool for students in developing self-analysis, independent thinking, problem solving and practical skills. The teacher becomes not only a source of information in the classroom, but also a coach who supports the thinking and learning processes of students. This methodology also effectively helps students develop their communication skills through group work and practical exercises. One of the main advantages of the Flipped Classroom technology is that it allows students not only to receive inform
