Экспериментальное обоснование эффективности лигатурного разобщения гастроэзофагеального коллектора на каркасном протезе по методике Назырова

Аннотация

The article presents an experimental study to substantiate the efficacy of ligature transection of the gas-troesophageal venous collector during Nazyrov's operation, as well as the safety of establishing a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) framework in the lumen of the stomach, developed in the Russian Academy of Medical Scienc-es. V. Vahidov and introduced into practice a new method of total disconnection of the gastroesophageal reser- voir. Possessing high hemostatic efficiency, this operation is aimed at eliminating the main shortcomings of known disconnection operations with a long-term prognosis for the prevention of bleeding recurrence. Howev-er, this type of intervention requires serious research to determine the effectiveness of the new method and crit-ical comparative analysis with other disconnection operations
