Аннотация

At the present stage of the development of civilization, when humanity enters the era of building an open information society and progress is determined by the quality of information and the degree of its availability, the requirements for the level of literacy of the population are increasing. Through the distinction between elementary, academic and functional literacy, the very concept of literacy is rethought.
