Devyatov 27 Chairman of the scientific seminar at the scientific council to award a scientific degrees doctor of medicine, professor INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation) The aim of the research work is to improvement of diagnostic results of chronic and acute gastric ulcer by evaluating the results of multiparametric ultrasound with an objective increasing of the image in the zone of interest. The object of the research work were 435 patients: 355 patients with various diseasees of stomach who were examined on an outpatient basis and were hospitalized in the Kashkadarya Regional Medical Diagnostic Center, the private diagnostic center "Saman", LLC "MDS-SERVIS" and at the Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics TashIUV for the period from 2010 to 2017yy., and 80 clinically healthy people (control group). The scientific novelty of the research work is following: the possibilities of transabdominal multiparametric ultrasound gastrography in assessing the depth, extent and verification of variants of the ulcerative process in the stomach were reveal, as well as the state of local and regional blood flow; the technology of visual diagnostic imaging of various stomach sections was improved by using of polyprojection and polypositional application of tissue harmonics for reliable determination of the borders of the ulcerative infiltrate and differentiation of gastric ulcer from an ulcerated tumor process; the effectiveness of the technology of 3D "soft" mode of volumetric scanning has been determined to improve the visual representation of individual layers of the stomach and possible complications of peptic ulcer; the diagnostic value of post-processing of 3D visual images of the gastric wall has been proved with the allocation of targeted multislice echotomograms to clarify the depth and extent of the ulcer, as well as predicting its complications; the possibilities of pulse-wave, color, energy Doppler ultrasound and their diagnostic significance in the gastric ulcer for the purpose of timely differential diagnosis of ulcerated stomach cancer; the role of transabdominal multiparametric ultrasound in the diagnostic algorithm of complex study of patients with gastric ulcer was studied. Based on the results of a scientific study on improving the diagnosis of gastric ulcer with the use of a complex of modern methods of echography: 28 complex of methods of transabdominal multiparametric ultrasound gastroscopy has been developed, providing non-invasive visual diagnostics of ulcers (ulcers) of the stomach; an algorithm for clinical and echographic examination of the stomach is proposed to obtain full information about the anatomical, topographic, functional state of the organ, inflammatory-destructive changes in it, peculiarities of local
