Axmetov Chairman of the scientific seminar under the scientific council awarding scientific degrees, doctor of technical sciences 47 INTRODUCTION (annotation of doctoral dissertation (DSc)) The purpose of this study is to develop efficient designs of the working bodies of machines for pre-treatment and sowing of winter wheat between rows of cotton. Objectives of the study: study of the effect of the profile of cotton interrowstocks and the physical and mechanical properties of the soil on the process of presowing tillage and sowing; development layer-by-layer working organs that ensure high soil crumbling and sowing in the established depth, forming beds with an even surface; the development of regularities in the dependence of qualitative and energy indicators on the parameters of the working organs that ensure qualitative layer-by- layer pre-sowing processing and the crumbling of the soil; development of regularities, reflecting the dependence of the influence of qualitative and energy indicators on the depth of immersion of the base, the corners of the installation and the opening of the wings, the setting and boring of the opener knives; development of technological and design schemes that ensure the energy- saving capacity of the machine, which will ensure a high degree of crumbling when layerwise tillage in the aisle of cotton before sowing winter wheat; the development of technological and design schemes that ensure the resource saving of the seeder, which performs the sowing of winter wheat along a profile of this depth in the aisle of cotton, forms beds with an even surface; creation of soil-cultivating and sowing units, which will provide energy and resource saving. As a research object, the profiles of cotton inter-row, soil-cultivating and sowing machines, as well as their working technological processes and working bodies were taken. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: the technologies of constructive parameters of working organs that prior to sowing layer-by-layer tillage, provide a high degree of its crumbling and carry out sowing of winter wheat at a given depth, are grounded and improved; they form beds with an even surface; developed technologies for layer-by-layer tillage before sowing of winter wheat sowing, the patterns of soil parameters influence on working parameters; a method for justifying the parameters of the working bodies layer-by-layer till the sowing and carrying out the sowing of winter wheat; the effect on parameters of quality and energy consumption of the parameters of the working bodies layer-by-layer processing the soil and performing winter wheat sowing has been studied; the parameters of the working organs ensuring the processes of deformation, friability and the formation of beds during layer-by-layer processing of cotton seedlings before sowing are justified; 48 the dependencies of the profile of the formed flat surface of the cotton interrowstands on the parameters of the working organs are justified; technological and constructive schemes have been developed to ensure the energy-saving ability of the machine, which will ensure a high degree of friability of the soil in the layer-by-layer treatment of the soil in the inter-row of cotton before sowing of winter wheat.
