The object of the research work was selected private farms engaged in the production of cattle-breeding products and their service branches in Samarkand region. The scientific novelty of the research work is as follows: recommendations have been developed on the cluster system based on mutually beneficial economic relations between livestock producers and service providers in the livestock complex; guidance for the development of the mechanism for distribution the final results (net profit) among all production links in the system of organizational and economic relations of the livestock cluster; by using of a stochastic linear model, the degree of influence of service activity on the efficiency of production of cattle breeding is determined; on the basis of the service system, the feasibility of forecasting and planning the production of dairy and meat products in livestock farms in the Samarkand region has been scientifically proved. Implementation of the research results. Based on the developed proposals and practical recommendations for the development of agricultural services, the following scientific results on increasing the efficiency of livestock production were obtained and introduced: the developed proposals on the systematization of the cluster form management in the production of cattle-breeding products in the livestock complex are implemented in practice by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Reference No. 02/12-96, February 9, 2018). The introduction of a cluster-based management system will help ensure the competitiveness of national products in the domestic and foreign markets, improve and radically change the structure of the services provided; proposals on the mechanism of profit distribution between production units as the main result of the system of organizational and economic relations of the cluster form of management have been introduced into practice by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Reference by Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources No. 02/12-96, February 9, 2018). Due to timely effective veterinary services, the volume of milk production increased by 2.1 million soums, and meat by 6.4 million soums, in addition, due to the organization of efficient feed supply services, it was possible to increase meat production by 13.4 million soums at the cost of for 100 conventional heads; developed "Recommendations for the expansion and development of the service system in cattle breeding" for cattle-breeding farms are introduced into practice by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Reference by Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources No.02/12- 441 of August 31, 2017).
