Аннотация

The given research investigates probabilities of physical, intellectual and moral harm to the young generation in the result of negative influence of some materials of mass media. The main moments of the international legal practice are analyzed with the aim of exception of unfavorable factors of information field on a consciousness of youth during integration of information technologies into educational process.
