Аннотация

This work describes results of studying of neurologic status, cerebral hemodynamic and concentration of neurospecific Enolase as a marker of injury of neural tissue in children during expert assessment of cranio- cerebral injury. Were examinated 68 children from 8 to 18 years old , who were treated in the department of traumatology, orthopedics and neurosurgery of TashPMI. It was established that improving the accuracy of forensic medical diagnostics in children of different ages with СBI, it is advisable to include assessment crite- ria in determining the severity of injury to age-dependent features of cerebral hemodynamics and neurospecific Enolase concentration.
