The article examines the conceptual sphere as an ordered set of people's concepts. In the concept sphere of each nation there is a certain set of basic concepts that form the basis of the national mentality and have a vivid national specificity. Often such concepts are difficult or even impossible to convey in another language. The author concludes that the national mentality, the state of culture and science of the nation as a whole are reflected in the national concept sphere, and the language is included in the concept sphere of culture, inseparable from it
