Аннотация
The problem of fixing complete removable dentures remains relevant to this day. Especially this problem arises before the doctor, when the atrophy of the alveolar process of the upper jaw is most pronounced in the region of the maxillary tubercles. The success of prosthetics of complete removable plate prostheses directly depends on several factors: the safety of anatomical retention points, the compliance of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed The problem of fixation of complete removable plate prostheses is particularly important for the unevenness of the atrophy of the alveolar ridge, especially in the region of the maxillary tubercles, complicated by the flat form of the alveolar ridge slope (Gavrilov EI)
