СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ХРОНИЧЕСКИХ ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ НИЖНЕГО ОТДЕЛА ГЕНИТАЛИЙ У ЖЕНЩИН

Аннотация

We examined 74 women aged 19 to 38 years with complaints of profuse leucorrhea with anunpleasant odor, itching, burning in the vagina and perineum, dyspareunia, during the examination of which a diagnosis was made: cervicitis, endocervicitis and colpitis. The parameters of 28 healthy women of the same age served as controls. The average age of the examined was 31.4±1.4 years. Studies of the vaginal microbiocenosis indicate the prevalence of obvious anaerobic and mixed dysbiosis in 60% of the studied states with a predominance of Streptococcus spp, Staphylococcus spp, G. vaginalis / Provitella bovia. Among candidal lesions, pathogens such as M. hominis, U. urealiticum / U. parvum were found , M.genitalis among 70-80% of those examined with inflammatory diseases.
