The main task of automation, including the automatic input of a reserve in the power supply of mining enterprises, is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of consumers. Automation also reduces the number of on-duty personnel in the substation and thus reduces operating costs. Any automatic changeover device, in addition to satisfying several requirements, must ensure a minimum operating time, and must itself be reliable and economical.
