Аннотация

This article analyzes the current state of the financing system for projects implemented within the framework of state youth policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan, existing problems and directions for their elimination. During the study, the composition of financial sources, such as the state budget, special funds, grants from international organizations, preferential credit lines and private sector funds, was studied. In the current system, such problematic aspects as the low level of resource diversification, insufficient formation of monitoring and efficiency indicators, and low financial literacy for young entrepreneurs were identified. The author puts forward a number of proposals for improving financing mechanisms - expanding financing sources, introducing digital monitoring systems, creating an index for assessing the effectiveness of grants and loans, developing a startup ecosystem, and strengthening cooperation with international financial institutions. The results of the study will serve to increase the financial stability of state youth policy, enhance the real socio-economic impact of projects, and effectively optimize the mechanisms of state support provided to young people.
