Аннотация

This article analyzes the concept of evidence in criminal proceedings, its legal sources and the content of the proof process based on the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the procedure for collecting and evaluating evidence, the burden of proof, as well as the essence of the circumstances that must be established in a criminal case are highlighted.
