Аннотация

This paper analyzes the agrobiological characteristics, ecological adaptability, nutritional composition, and economic importance of the peanut. The crop contains 45–55% oil and 25–30% protein, making it a valuable source of food, feed, and industrial raw material. Its adaptability to semi-arid conditions and high nutritional value contribute to its global significance. The study also discusses peanut cultivation technologies, yield potential, and prospects for the development of peanut production in Uzbekistan.
