Аннотация

The article examines the life and scholarly activity of Khadicha Sulaimanova (1913–1965), the first woman to earn a Dоctor of Law degree in Uzbekistan. It analyzes her contribution to the development of Soviet and Uzbek legal science, her participation in shaping legal education, and her role in training legal prоfessionals. Special attention is given to her works on constitutiоnal law and the legal status of women in society. The article highlights her importance as the first female representative in the legal science of the region.
