FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF SMALL BUSINESSES THROUGH BANK LOANS: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

This article analyzes the role and importance of bank loans in the financial support of small businesses in the Republic of Uzbekistan from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. Although the volume of lending to small businesses by commercial banks has been increasing in recent years, there are problems in this process, such as insufficient collateral, high interest rates, and an imperfect credit risk assessment system. The study identifies the causes of these problems and puts forward proposals and recommendations on liberalizing credit policy, expanding state guarantee funds, introducing preferential credit lines, and developing a digital lending system. The results of the article strengthen the scientific basis for improving small business support mechanisms and increasing the stability of the banking and financial system.
