Аннотация

This article analyzes the economic, technological and organizational aspects of organizing the activities of crypto exchanges. At a time when the crypto-asset market has become an important component of the global financial system, the prospects for the development of this 4 53 International scientific journal ISSN: 2181-3906 «MODERN SCIENCE АND RESEARCH» 2025 VOLUME 4 / ISSUE 10 / UIF:8.2 / MODERNSCIENCE.UZ sector are of particular importance for Uzbekistan. The study covers the stages of formation of crypto-exchanges, their mechanisms of operation based on blockchain technology, and regulatory practice using international experience. Also, the existing legal framework for the development of the crypto-asset market in our country, the current state of the infrastructure and investment environment, and scientifically based proposals and recommendations on ways to improve them were developed. The results of the article are of practical importance for the development of the digital economy in Uzbekistan, the widespread introduction of financial technologies, and the formation of a national crypto-exchange system.
