Аннотация

The primary objective of this study was to determine the diagnostic significance of nasal endoscopy in the early detection of nasal polyps and to evaluate its role in identifying subclinical or small lesions that are often missed during anterior rhinoscopy or radiographic imaging. Additionally, the study aimed to establish the correlation between endoscopic findings and histopathological results, highlighting the importance of routine endoscopic evaluation in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis symptoms.
