Аннотация

Acute renal failure (ARF) is one of the most common and severe complications in patients with extensive burn injuries. The article discusses the main mechanisms of pathogenesis, including hypovolemia, toxemia, inflammatory processes and septic complications. Modern approaches to diagnostics are covered, including the use of biomarkers of early kidney injury. The principles of complex treatment are presented: infusion therapy, antibacterial treatment, methods of renal replacement therapy and nutritional support. The importance of early prevention is emphasized, which reduces the risk of death and improves the prognosis in severely burned patients. Key words: Burn Disease, Acute Renal Failure, Pathogenesis, Diagnostics, Treatment, Renal Replacement Therapy, Prevention.
